    If you work with middle- or high-school students, consider forming a team and becoming a LifeSmarts coach! LifeSmarts is an excellent way for adults to teach the next generation of consumers the skills they need to succeed in today''s marketplace and provide leadership opportunities. Learn more.

    Coach Responsibilities

    Coaches are adult leaders, and each team is required to have one. Coaches are educators, 4-H leaders, parents, and community leaders who work with youth. Coaches form teams, prepare teams for competition, collect permission forms, and chaperone teams at in-person competitions.
