Compete in LifeSmarts for scholarships and other prizes
LifeSmarts is a scholarship program that honors dozens of students every year with financial support for post-secondary education. Thanks to the support of our sponsors, students can earn scholarship money:
- As a member of the champion, runner-up, or semifinalist teams at the National LifeSmarts Championship
- By earning the highest score on one of five individual topic assessments at the National LifeSmarts Championship
Some state programs also offer scholarship money to state players. Check your state program’s page or contact your state coordinator for more details.
LifeSmarts honors the memory of Sarah Weinberg with an annual scholarship
The staff of the National Consumers League has established the Sarah Weinberg LifeSmarts Memorial Scholarship to honor our colleague Sarah Weinberg, who passed away tragically in 2016. This scholarship serves to commemorate the considerable contributions Sarah made to the League, the LifeSmarts program, and to the greater community through her passion for volunteer service work. Scholarship nominations are due March 14, 2022. One $500 scholarship will be awarded. Coaches may nominate a stand-out senior here.
Other Scholarship Opportunities
