Coaches, please complete the LifeSmarts Organization/ School Release Form 2026 as well as the Coach Permission and Release Form 2025 for LifeSmarts State and /or National in-person or vitual competitions.
The link for the Student Permission and Release Form 2026 may be shared with all students competing in a virtual or in-person LifeSmarts Competition on the State and/or National level.
