We, the undersigned members, agree to participate in all competitions, to attend all assigned matches, and to comply with all LifeSmarts rules, policies and procedures. We understand that we represent our communities, schools, clubs, organizations, and state and will compete fairly and ethically, exhibit good sportsmanship, and interact with other teams, coaches, judges, and sponsors in a way that reflects positively on the LifeSmarts Program.
