How to Submit Team Travel Stipends

Congratulations on an amazing Nationals! Please follow the below steps when submitting your stipend!

Stipends will not be sent out until after Nationals has finished. Stipends will be sent out in the order that they are receivied. Please do not send stipend forms to the LifeSmarts team before Nationals begins.

Once you return from Nationals, please collect and organize your forms and receipt information.  Next please fill out the travel stipend form, that has been emailed to you by a member of the LifeSmarts team. If possible, please scan and type in the requested information, if you are filling out the form by hand; please do not write in cursive and make sure once it is scanned that it is still elegible. I will include examples below of what a perfect stipend form should look like:

Next Step : Cover Sheet and your receipts

This will be a very basic sheet of paper with the dates and totals of your receipts. Please title each receipt if you are attaching them and sending it by email. This helps keep everything in order after the LifeSmarts team recieves it, this will allow us to get your money back to you faster! I will include an example below of what this should look like. Your cover sheet does not have to exactly match the one below, we are just including this one as an example. If you are scanning receipts, please make sure they are readable before sending. There are also free scanner apps on Iphone or Android, that will create PDFs of your receipts that make it easy to save and send by email.

Last Step : Mail or E-mail your information

After compiling your information, in one mailing packet and/or one email, send it all to Ryan Barhoush, and include your team name and point of contact, if we have any questions. Travel stipends take between 30 and 45 days to complete after Nationals. Ryan will email you once your check has been mailed, and we kindly ask that you notify us once you receive it.
