Complete this report form if your team is participating in the 2026 META/Childhelp Project.
Important: After completing each presentation, your team will fill out the report/evaluation form, including photos of your team presenting to an adult audience.
The target outreach is 50 adults, so you may have to present to more than one audience. Submit a report for each presentation.
All presentations and evaluations should be completed by April 3, 2026.
Earliest reporting teams will be able to do their debrief before Nationals. (dates for debriefs – APril 6-10, 2026)
