OTC medicine safety judges will use this worksheet to score team infographics. Please complete a separate form for each infographic you are scoring.

  • Enter a score from 0-10 using the rubric below as your guide

    Compelling 2-3 sentence description = 10

    Detailed 2-3 sentence description = 7 to 9

    1-2 sentence description, lacks detail = 4 to 6

    Lacking detail, incomplete = 0 to 3

  • Enter a score from 0-30 using the rubric below as your guide

    Compelling 2-3 sentence description = 25 to 30

    Detailed 2-3 sentence description = 18 to 24

    1-2 sentence description, lacks detail = 9 to 17

    Lacking detail, incomplete = 0 to 8
