National LifeSmarts Championship T-shirt Contest Submission Form

Teams competing in the 2024 National LifeSmarts Championships have the opportunity to participate in the National LifeSmarts Championship Team T-shirt Contest.
Teams will complete and submit this form by noon on Friday, April 19th for judging.
